At my counseling practice in North Dallas, I am passionate about providing a nurturing space where every individual, regardless of age, can feel heard, accepted, and valued for who they truly are. My goal is to create a relaxing and safe environment for my clients, allowing them to move forward on their journey and rediscover their happy place.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and parents. I firmly believe that helping a child heal is only part of the equation; it's equally important to empower parents with the tools and support they need to sustain positive changes and feel confident in their parenting journey.

I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the prestigious University of North Texas and my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Child and Family Studies from Baylor University. Before becoming a counselor, I gained invaluable experience working with children and families in diverse settings.

When I'm not assisting clients, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors, indulging in a good book, or cherishing the company of lifelong friends.
